The apartment

At the foot of the slopes of the very popular alpine domain of Lech, this apartment in a luxury residence will seduce you. With friends or family, you will appreciate its location (a minute's walk from the Schlosskopf ski lifts and less than 200 meters from the village center, where you can enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants that animate the resort) and its layout with total comfort.

With a surface area of 223m2, the apartment can easily accommodate 8 people. The first of its many advantages is undoubtedly its central fireplace, which illuminates and warms the atmosphere of the vast living room. The room is divided into several spaces to combine rest and conviviality. The kitchen is open to the dining room and has a central island, very practical for your big meals with family or friends. The dining area is organized around a rectangular table that can accommodate about ten people, not far from the heat of the fire. On the living room side, a large corner sofa faces the balcony, accessible via the four doors from the main room and looking out onto the surrounding mountains.

The rest of the apartment is devoted to the four bedrooms distributed along a corridor, with two having access to the balcony. The master suite is a true haven of peace. Equipped with a king size bed, it has its own lounge area with television, private access to the balcony, an adjoining shower room (with separate WC), and private sauna – ideal for recharging your batteries after a beautiful day in the Austrian Alps! Next, is a double room equipped with twin beds, which has its own bathroom with shower and bathtub island of modern design and separate toilet. Two further double rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, allow you to stay in large numbers and in peace and quiet.
