The apartment

In the heart of the Lech mountains, this vast five-bedroom apartment covering 211m2 can easily accommodate up to ten people. Built in 2017, it has been elegantly designed to maximize the comfort of its occupants. Located on the first floor of a luxury residence, it is surrounded by a large wooden balcony, typical of the region's cottages, with views of the splendid alpine landscape.

In the center of the apartment, the large living room is divided into several spaces, with five openings to the outside. You can prepare your meals in a beautiful kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining room. Everything is designed to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. On the living room side, you can relax and fall asleep in front of the large, modern fireplace, or relax on the large inviting sofas. In the dining room, the long rectangular table awaits you to share moments of conviviality.

Other significant advantages of this apartment include the independence and convenience of the rooms. Two come with their own private balcony, and the remaining three are twin bedrooms. Another one is reserved for children and decorated in the charming traditional Tyrolean style, equipped with wooden bunk beds with checkered curtains. The master suite is superb, equipped with a king size bed, a dressing room. It has a bathroom designed as a haven of relaxation, with separate bath and shower, private sauna, and access to a balcony with views of the mountains.

The atmosphere of this vast apartment with five bedrooms is warm and contemporary. The omnipresence of wood, combined with the refined lines of the furniture, creates a perfect harmony between mountain tradition and modern living.

Finally, its location is remarkable: in winter, you will be a few hundred meters from the lifts and slopes of the famous Lech ski area; in summer, you can enjoy the nearby hiking trails in the surrounding mountains. And if you want to enjoy a good meal in a local restaurant or indulge in an aperitif in one of the resort's bars at the end of a busy day, you will be only a few minutes from the center of this very lively village!
