Situated in the heart of Zermatt, a few steps from the main street and only 500 meters from the lifts, this beautiful modern and refined apartment of 175 square meters on one level is located in a new luxury residence. It will be perfect for a family or a group of friends who want to enjoy one of the most beautiful ski areas in Europe while relaxing in an elegant and comfortable apartment.

You will enter the apartment through a corridor that will give you access to three spacious bedrooms, all with flat screen TV and desk. All rooms have their own bathroom or shower room. Two of them have direct access to a very beautiful terrace from where you can admire the majesty of the landscapes and snow-covered mountains.

On the other side of the apartment, an elegant and cozy lounge will allow you to rest by the fire while enjoying the view of the Cervin glacier. The lounge opens to a dining room, which can comfortably accommodate eight people, and a fully equipped open kitchen.

The furniture has been carefully selected to create a real harmony in the decoration of the whole apartment. Combined with shades of grey, wood creates a chic and soothing atmosphere, brightened by a few touches of color. Large bay windows flood the room with light and open onto a large terrace facing south, facing the famous Cervin.

A sports hall, a massage room and a ski room are available to guests on the ground floor of the residence.
