Located in the Austrian resort of Lech, this beautiful 195-m2 apartment located in a luxury residence has been harmoniously designed in a modern and cozy style. It is spacious, bright, and warm, and accommodates up to eight people. Above all, it perfectly combines the modern comfort and the classic and soft atmosphere that you are looking for in high mountains. Wooded from the parquet floor to exposed ceiling beams and angled balcony, you will feel the experience of a real Tyrolean chalet!

In the living room, you can relax on a huge soft and cozy sofa to watch one of your favorite films. In the nearby large wooden library, facing the forest covered in snow, you can get lost in the rhythm of the rocking chair by the fire. In the candlelit dining room, you will enjoy gathering around the long rectangular table to share large well-deserved meals after a long day on the slopes.

The four rooms are equipped to ensure total rest and tranquility. The master suite has a king size bed, a dressing room, and an adjoining shower room (with WC and double basin sink) with access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the sunshine and the view of the Alps. The other three rooms are equipped with twin beds and modular for total convenience. Since two of them share a common shower room, they seem ideal for welcoming children.
