In the charming village of Lech in the heart of the Austrian Alps, this beautiful apartment outfitted under the roof of a luxury chalet is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Perched at the top of the residence, you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains in the greatest comfort, while remaining a few hundred meters from the slopes and the lively city center.

The architects have managed to preserve all the character of a Tyrolean chalet in this beautiful apartment. Wood is omnipresent, from the floor covered with clear pine to the frame with exposed beams. In the large living room, the rocking chair awaits you by the fire for long hours of reading in the library, which is also entirely made of wood. Also in the living room, the sofas upholstered in grey velvet, warmed by bright red embroidered cushions, face a large plasma TV screen, promising delightful moments of well-deserved relaxation after a long day on the slopes. The dining room opens onto the modern kitchen and its table accommodates up to ten people – ideal for large, friendly gatherings. Both the dining and kitchen areas have access to a balcony with a wooden balustrade.

On the bedroom side, the master suite remains one of the apartment's major assets. Equipped with a king size bed, it has a dressing room, as well as a superb bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a private sauna, with a view of the snow-covered mountains. All rooms are furnished with elegance and refinement in a welcoming atmosphere. The headboards are colorful and upholstered in warm velvet, the beds are adorned with fleece fabrics, and the carpets are plush and soft. Three of the rooms are modular with twin beds and equipped with two shared shower rooms. The last bedroom is for children, with two wooden bunk beds topped with curtains patterned in motifs typical of the region.
