The apartment

Elegantly furnished, this charming apartment located on the second floor of a luxury residence can accommodate up to ten people. It is perfectly located close the center of Lech, a renowned resort in the Austrian Alps. Enjoy all that the vibrant village has to offer, including shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the Schlosskopf ski lifts, offering access to one of the largest ski areas in Europe.

With a surface area of 212m2, the apartment has five bedrooms and a superb living room, which opens onto an angled balcony overlooking the village, its bell tower and the surrounding mountains. The master suite is one of the highlights of this apartment: it has a dressing room, a private balcony and an exceptional bathroom, including a wellness area with bath, separate shower and private sauna.

Three further bedrooms can accommodate couples, friends or children thanks to their twin beds. These rooms share two shower rooms with WCs, guaranteeing the autonomy and total comfort of the guests. The last room is designed for children, equipped with wooden bunk beds in the purest Tyrolean style with checkered curtains and soft carpet, it will charm them with its traditional and mountain atmosphere.

The main room has also been designed with a refined taste. From the entrance of the apartment, you first pass through the large open kitchen with a French window opening onto the wooden balcony. Then comes the dining area, which is organized around a large rectangular table that can accommodate up to ten guests to share hearty breakfasts and convivial meals. Finally, the lounge is dedicated to relaxation. Its large sofas in warm velvet invite you to relax in front of a good film on the large plasma screen. Five bay windows provide views of the stunning landscape, and you can stay warm and cozy next to the large and modern fireplace.
