Near the dominant peak of Valluga, nestled at an altitude of 1800 meters, this luxurious penthouse will provide you with a unique experience. With a surface area of 273m2, it extends over two floors, with a superb 140m2 terrace that will offer you a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.

An elevator provides direct access to the apartment. The upper floor has four bedrooms. The master suite has a television and an adjoining luxurious bathroom equipped with an elegant bathtub overlooking the balcony and a marble shower. The children's room, entirely adorned with wood paneling, is equipped with four bunk beds with exquisite Alpine decorations. It has a delightful adjoining bathroom with bathtub and marble sink.

The second double bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The combination of the wooded decor in black and white colors and the bed decorated with cushions, plaids and leather bedspreads offers softness and comfort. Bedspreads and cushions in shades of pink also give brightness and warmth to the last double room.

On this floor, you can also spend some delightful moments in the sauna or the hammam after a tiring day in the mountains.

Before taking the wooden staircase to the lower floor, you can admire the aerial view of the lounge from the corridor. If you want to read or work, an office and a library have been cleverly designed.

You will then be able to access the lounge with its chic Alpine-inspired decoration. The traditional fireplace is surrounded by a large sofa and fabric armchairs. On the left, a cinema room, also with a library, is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie with the family. The living room leads into a dining room. It has a table that can accommodate up to ten guests in front of large bay windows, offering spectacular view while you dine.

In the basement, wine lovers will be able to taste excellent wines reserved for them. The house staff will also be accommodated on this floor in a single room with en-suite bathroom.
