A beautiful new luxury residence in the heart of Zermatt, this spectacular penthouse is a real jewel. The location is ideal and privileged. Only 500 meters from the Cervin, the most imposing glacier in the area, you will have direct access to all 350 kilometers of ski slopes.

At the entrance of this upscale complex, you will have a gym with massage room and shower as well as a ski room with private lockers and boot warmers. An elevator will allow you to access both levels of your accommodation.

On the top floor, you arrive in an elegant and spacious lounge with a fireplace, opening into a splendid dining room that can accommodate up to 24 people. The lighting combined with the wood-covered ceiling creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. The bay windows bordering this room open onto a balcony and allow you to enjoy the incredible views of the Cervin. The furniture is simple in design and allows you to enjoy this space in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Also located on this floor, an elegant cinema with large sofas is ideal for relaxing in front of a movie after a beautiful day on the slopes.

On the ground floor, seven spacious rooms, perfectly decorated and designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy, all have a desk and a flat screen television. One of them will allow you to admire the Cervin while warming up by its fireplace. Five of the rooms have their own private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and can be isolated from the rest of the apartment to create a large family suite. The rooms have been tastefully decorated and the choice of materials creates a luxurious and warm atmosphere.

The apartment also has a private sauna to relieve sore muscles after a day on the slopes. With its breathtaking view of Cervin, this spectacular penthouse is a real jewel and an ideal pied-à-terre for an exceptional and relaxing holiday.
