The Chalet

Perched on the slopes of Lech, a former rural village that has become one of the most popular winter sports resorts since the turn of the century, this Tyrolean luxury hideaway combines the charm of traditional mountain homes with the pleasures of the most modern comfort. A few hundred meters from the slopes of the Rüfikoft ski area and only a few minutes drive from the village, you can avoid the hustle and bustle, in one of the most sought after areas of the Austrian Alps.

Built in 1597, this refuge with its dark and massive wood facade, its decorated gables, and its small windows with wooden shutters and remarkable framework, kept all its cachet: the owners knew how to preserve the characteristics of the original architecture and succeeded in combining traditional materials with modern and elegant furniture.

Outside and inside, the omnipresence of the wood creates a very warm and typical atmosphere. Up to 12 people can stay in five spacious rooms, perfectly organized to preserve everyone’s comfort with authentic and refined decor. The first floor is dedicated to bedrooms and offers a suite, together with a private sitting area, and a charming and rustic children’s room: bedspreads and red and white cushions embroidered with firs and reindeer. In the bathrooms adjoining the rooms, the raw wood emits finesse and sobriety, bringing a real touch of modernity. The picturesque ambience of this Austrian chalet matches with the very contemporary luxury.

The main floor, on the ground floor, is designed for moments of conviviality and relaxation. The living area with wood-paneled walls and exposed stone shares space with a beautiful dining room, warmed by a traditional Tyrolean stove, and a large living room, lined with a 'Home Cinema' for families to enjoy after a long day in the mountains.

On this floor, you can also relax in the wellness area, Hammam, Sauna, and outdoor Jacuzzi or on the adjoining terrace, offering a magnificent view of the Austrian Alps. You can prolong these moments on the lower floor with a good massage or even an aperitif taste at the bar in a typically rustic mountain setting close to the wine cellar that stores and provides you with the best wines.
