The Chalet

Just a few hundred meters from the Verbier ski area in Switzerland, this chalet of luxury and character is a perfect holiday resort to stay at with family or friends. With a capacity of 10 to 13 people and 600 m2 of living space spread over 4 levels, it has an outdoor jacuzzi with a breathtaking panoramic view.

Ideally planned out, the chalet has been designed to facilitate group living. It is accessed from the ground floor where the amenities are found (a ski room with a heated dressing room, a laundry room, a separate toilet, a storage space, and a lounge). A great asset is that all floors can be accessed both by stairs or by elevator.

On the first floor are the bedrooms. Two are modular double rooms with twin beds, the third has a king size bed. All three have adjoining private bathrooms. They face a remarkable family suite that can accommodate a couple or two children in a modular double room that communicates with a charming room equipped with three wooden bunk beds typical of the region. These share a bathroom. All rooms have views of the snowy peaks with access to the terrace along the first floor and the outdoor jacuzzi. All different, they are decorated in the classic taste of country homes. You can choose from the pink room, the green room, the yellow and blue or the red and white rooms and enjoy the refined comfort of modern bathrooms decorated with wood.

On the second floor are the spaces dedicated to common activities. Here unfolds the huge living room with a warm and chic atmosphere. You can enjoy an aperitif at the bar after a good day of winter sports and relax in the small seating area facing it. You may prefer to lie on the large sofa by the stone fireplace or curl up in the rattan armchair warmed by the furry blankets. Illuminated by a large wooden chandelier, the atmosphere of the living room is cozy and comfortable. As a group, you will enjoy meeting around the large table in the dining room and sitting down in comfortable blue velvet armchairs.

The architects have kept the traditional and rustic character of this beautiful chalet while adding a touch of modernity. For example, the flowery border of the curtains and the typical cutouts in the shape of bovine heads and flakes of wood on the balustrade match perfectly with the sleek, contemporary lines of the bar counter.

The top floor is entirely dedicated to the master suite. With a splendid view of the mountains of Valais from its private balcony, this little nest perched under the chalet’s roof provides, for your comfort, a king size bed, a real living room, and a superb en suite bathroom, all made out of wood and marble, with a separate bath and shower lit by a zenithal skylight.

This chalet of luxury and character is without a doubt the ideal place for a family vacation in the mountains on the slopes of Verbier.
