This very comfortable 130 m2 apartment located at the foot of the slopes houses four people, so you can travel with family or friends, and fully enjoy the high mountain area of Lech.

Tastefully decorated and designed for the comfort of its occupants, this warmly designed apartment is an ideal holiday resort. Only a few meters from the ski slopes and ski lifts, it is also very close to the city center, where you will be happy to have a drink after a long day of exercise or enjoy a good meal in one of the resort's great restaurants. .

The master bedroom guarantees absolute comfort: king size bed, television, desk, beautiful ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet,  and a double basin sink to preserve all your privacy. The red velvet upholstered headboard and the bedroom’s wooden décor create a chic but relaxing atmosphere. The two openings give direct access to the corner terrace that goes around the apartment for guests to enjoy the sun in both the winter and the summer.

The second bedroom, equipped with twin beds, is flexible: it can accommodate a second couple or turn into a children's room. It also has a TV, a desk, an ensuite shower room, and access to the terrace.

The living room is divided finally into a double space, living room and dining room, overlooking an open kitchen. The two large soft sofas seem designed to warm up in front of a good movie or book, while the large table that can accommodate up to six people is a pledge of friendliness.
